    Whip mascarpone with sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.

    Heat milk with sugar, add white chocolate and strain.

    Cook angel hair pasta in water flavored with pink pepper and vanilla, form nests and dry at 80°C.

  • 4

    Plate chocolate cream, mascarpone quenelle, angel hair nest, berries and powdered sugar.
