Combine flour, oil, sugar and salt.

Add hot water gradually until soft dough forms.

Mix ricotta with brown sugar, lime zest and vanilla seeds.

Divide dough into 20 g balls, roll very thin, fill with ricotta mixture and fold into half-moon shapes.
