    Bring salted water to boil and cook spaghetti.

    Slice guanciale into thin strips.

  • 3

    Brown guanciale in a pan for 2 minutes until crisp.

  • 4

    Drain pasta and place in pan with guanciale.

  • 5

    Remove from heat, add pepper and grated pecorino, mix and serve.
