Take two slices of bread and sprinkle grated Mozzarella Cucina on one side. Bake your slices at 180°C until the Mozza has melted. Lightly toast the other two bread slices in a toaster or in the oven at 180°C. The goal is to obtain a crispy texture, so be careful not to burn the bread.
-
To get Italian-style bread slices, like homemade Bruschetta, nothing could be easier: take a clove of garlic, cut it in half, and rub it on the inside of your bread slices. Then, before putting them in the oven, add a few sprays of extra-virgin olive oil, which will give them an authentic taste of Italy!

Spread the pesto generously with a knife or spoon on the toasted bread slices without Mozzarella.
-
If the pesto tastes too strong for you, you can combine it with Ricotta to make it milder and creamier.

Place your beef carpaccio slices on the two grilled bread slices with pesto. Divide the sliced tomatoes between the sandwiches. Cut your Galbani Burrata in half and gently place the fresh cheese on the sandwiches. In a bowl, add the chopped arugula, a few basil leaves, the grated Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper before mixing everything together.
-
At this stage, you can add chopped olives for even more flavor, a few cucumber slices, or even crushed garlic according to your preference.

As soon as the salad filling mix is well combined and homogeneous, you can add it to your sandwich. Cover your preparation with the toasted bread slice and its melted Mozzarella. All that remains is to enjoy your delicious Burrata sandwiches, buon appetito!
-
In spring or summer, you can add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to the arugula before adding it to the sandwich. Besides enhancing the flavors of the salad and the other ingredients, it will bring a welcome touch of freshness to your homemade recipe.

Recipe variations This recipe can take a vegetarian form if you replace the beef carpaccio with vegetable carpaccio made with eggplants or zucchinis. You can also use smoked salmon instead of beef, a sliced hard-boiled egg, or even ham from Italian charcuterie. This recipe for two servings can easily be adapted by adding extra bread slices.
