    With a potato peeler, slice the courgette lengthwise into thin strips.

    Wrap the Mozzarella di Bufala balls with the marinated anchovies and sprinkle the courgettes with pink pepper and dried dill.

    Form courgette nests in the serving plates.

    Season with oil, salt, more pink pepper and dill.

  • 5

    Complete with the anchovy balls and serve garnished as desired with cherry tomato wedges.
