    Heat your oven to 220°C. If you’re using a pizza stone, place it inside now so it warms up fully before baking

    Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray or parchment paper, forming an even circle. Create a small raised edge around the perimeter to hold the toppings in place

    In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, a little dried oregano, and half of the grated Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P

    Spread the cream mixture over the dough. Top with the lardons or pieces of pancetta/guanciale, then add the Galbani Mozzarella Cucina and the remaining Parmesan

    For a more traditional carbonara-style pizza, crack an egg in the center just before baking
