Shape the fresh pasta
• Remove the dough from the wrap and place it on a floured surface.
• Roll it out using a rolling pin, a pasta machine, or a kitchen tool of your choice until you reach the desired thickness.
• Cut into tagliatelle or any pasta shape you prefer.
• Let the pasta dry for about 20 minutes before cooking

Final touch
• Add a few fresh oregano leaves for extra aroma.
• Serve and enjoy — buon appetito!
• For an even creamier finish, mix in a spoonful of Ricotta, Mascarpone, or crème fraîche with the porcini. It creates a luxuriously smooth sauce that coats the pasta beautifully
-
• Add garlic to the porcini for deeper flavor.
• Mix in chopped tomato or diced bell pepper for more color and variety.
• For a stronger, earthy note, marinate the porcini in a splash of red wine before cooking.
